Delivery Services Terms and Conditions

• Free of delivery charge for a purchase at HK$900 or above.
• For a purchase under HK$900, a delivery fee of HK$50 will be charged.
• For a purchase of "pick up at store" under HK$100, a delivery fee of HK$20 will be charged.

Note:

1. Additional charge of HK$200 per delivery for Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung Districts.
2. We do not provide delivery services to the outlying islands and restricted areas.
3. If goods require deliver outside Hong Kong, there will be an extra delivery charges (will provide quotation on delivery charge by email). In case the goods were damaged or lost during the delivery, Just Med will not take any responsibility.
4. For transporting goods to the floors where lift cannot be reached, additional fees will be charged on each parcel for each floor encountered. (Please refer to Table A below.)
5. For transporting goods to the remote area where vehicles cannot be reached, additional fees will be charged depending on the distance incurred.

• Delivery services will be suspended if the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued/the No. 8 typhoon signal or above is hoisted and any unexpected circumstances are arised, alternative delivery arrangements will be made and be notified to the customer.
• Additional fees will be charged on the specified delivery date or time requested by the customer.
